If the server is functional but you're still unable to access your website or email by any method (including FTP) then there's the possibility that you have tried to access your email, FTP or control panel using an incorrect user name and password. If this is the case and you make too many incorrect attempts the server firewall will consider this to be a hacking attempt and your IP will be blocked. In order to check if this is the case you will need to carry out a trace route (tracert) and post the full results in the follow box. If you don't know how to do this we provide a tutorial on the tracert page.
